About the Client
Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join their team as an Insolvency Trainee at their Liverpool office. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the insolvency profession, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring work.
You will work closely with licensed Insolvency Practitioners and experienced team members, supporting live insolvency cases and developing a comprehensive understanding of the insolvency process from initial consultation through to case closure.

You will work closely with licensed Insolvency Practitioners and experienced team members, supporting live insolvency cases and developing a comprehensive understanding of the insolvency process from initial consultation through to case closure.
Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of insolvency appointments including CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Administration cases
Support the preparation of statutory reports and documentation
Liaise with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders under supervision
Assist with asset realisation and creditor payment processes
Conduct company and asset investigations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
Prepare correspondence and reports for review
Support with the preparation of financial statements and receipts and payments accounts
Attend client meetings and creditors' meetings as required
Undertake general administrative duties to support the insolvency team
Requirements
Strong academic background (A-Levels or equivalent minimum; degree preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
