Responsibilities
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify key trends and insights that support business goals
Work alongside Analysts and Data Scientists to drive strategic, data-led decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support performance tracking
Assist in enhancing data collection, transformation, and quality processes
Provide clear, accurate analysis to support non-technical teams across the organisation
Monitor data quality, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy and consistency
Use visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively
Ensure all work aligns with GDPR regulations and data governance standards
Confidently present findings to stakeholders, offering valuable insights that influence decisions
Requirements
2024 or 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above in a numerate or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
Confident in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Strong knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, or data handling
Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipelines
Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
Passionate about transforming data into insights that support business performance
